Return Material Authorization

Reclamation and repairs processing:

1. Contact the relevant hotline and ask for a returned merchandise authorisation number (RMA number). Therefore the following information are needed:

  • Main serial number
  • Date of delivery (addition of guarantee sticker)
  • Detailed description of error indication
  • Name and address
  • Phone, fax and/or e-mail address

2. You will get the returned merchandise authorisation number (RMA number) after handling of your request from our support team on the phone, per e-mail or fax. Please keep the transmitted document safely for your files.

3. Use suitable packaging for your article to send it safely (original packaging or some-thing similar)

4. Address the parcel as follows: Quanmax AG - Service, Industriezeile 35, A-4021 Linz, AUSTRIA. Furthermore it is absolutely necessary that you put the RMA number highly visible on the outside of the parcel because otherwise it cannot be attributed to you and will not be accepted for further processing.

Please, always send your defect single parts free of transport costs for Quanmax AG, the exchanged or repaired part will be certainly sent free of transport charge in return. Parcels with carriage forward cannot be accepted!
